The Law and You
The Law and You program engages youth, law enforcement and educators in a community dialogue. The program tackles real-life issues and offers real solutions relevant to both youth and law enforcement. NOBLE Youth Initiative
In October 2001, NOBLE recognized a need for a youth component to be expanded during the annual conference. The organization wanted to add an educational component to the youth activities as well as enhance its long standing devotion to community. 

The initiative's goal was to capitalize on the same training concepts that made the annual NOBLE conferences successful, such as quality speakers and the offering of timely and relevant subject matter related to law enforcement issues. 

The NOBLE Youth Conference was also developed to offer an expanded and robust schedule to the youth activities. The concept of the annual Youth Conference was born out of a need to affect change in young people and to enhance community relationships between minority youth and public safety organizations by increasing awareness, appreciation, and career interest in public safety.
